I am a co-founder and director of Hexagon Health Ltd.

I am an experienced GP. I also have qualifications in occupational health, lifestyle medicine, women's health, fitting contraceptive implants/coils and menopause.

I became interested in lifestyle medicine when struggling with a demanding career and family life. The vast learning gained from studying and qualifying in lifestyle medicine opened my eyes beyond conventional medicine learnt at medical school. I evaluated my life and gradually made changes to strive and thrive. I have also reduced my own risk of developing osteoporosis, cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and dementia. There is so much more to lifestyle medicine than you might initially think.

Patients want to understand the root cause of their symptoms also to future proof their health as best as possible without prescribed medication where possible.

With my 25 years of GP experience and now lifestyle medicine knowledge I know when conventional medicine/investigations are still necessary and when tailored lifestyle changes are needed.
