I am a co-founder and director of Hexagon Health Ltd.

I'm a GP, educator, coach, and occupational health physician with a passion for lifestyle medicine. Amidst a busy career and family life, I'm a sports enthusiast – tackling triathlons, skiing, and hiking.

The pandemic became a transformative phase for me, as I personally experienced the benefits of optimising nutrition, sleep, physical activity, and relaxation.

This prompted me to study lifestyle medicine and cultivate a comprehensive understanding of how the choices we make daily can shape our health destinies.

Armed with this knowledge, I bring the same approach to my patients, aiming to empower them to prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic diseases and mental health disorders through personalised lifestyle interventions.

I have clinics in Windsor and Weybridge and am able to do online video consultations.
